At Cozy Willows, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.
Please read the shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your products.


1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery timeline is:

* 5–9 business days (depending on your location, courier performance & order volume)

Metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote locations may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Charges
• Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.
• COD fees (if applicable) will also be displayed during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• A tracking link
• SMS/Email updates

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unreachable, does not respond, or refuses delivery, the package may be returned to us.


6. Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may happen due to:
• Weather conditions
• Festivals/holidays
• Remote location
• Courier delays
• High volume of orders

We request your patience during such situations.


7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Cozy Willows is not responsible for:
• Delivery delays
• Lost packages
• Returned orders

…caused due to incorrect or incomplete address/phone number entered by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate details, reshipping charges will apply.


8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to non-acceptance or failed delivery attempts:
• COD orders may be cancelled
• Prepaid orders can be reshipped after additional courier charges
• No refund will be provided as per our return policy


9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping
